I’m Nate! I live in Rochester, NY, I have a full-time job and I’m super-busy all the time, but I love traveling.
Over the past few years, I have gained modest notoriety for my ability to maximize my limited vacation time by creating detailed itineraries (dubbed “Steintineraries”) for my trips and excursions. I am creating this site as a forum for sharing my travel experiences, tips for making the most of your vacation time/budget, and encouragement for those who think they do not have the time to travel as much as they’d like to!
A little bit more about me:
- I love sports. I played baseball in college, and I currently play organized basketball, soccer, kickball, and softball. My girlfriend Rachel is obsessed with running, which means you can also find me running half marathons from time to time.
- Speaking of sports, I am a die-hard Seattle Seahawks fan and North Carolina Tar Heels basketball fan. I often plan excursions around opportunities to see my teams play live.
- I am a project manager for a small software company in Rochester, NY. My next goal is to learn how to code myself.
- I have an extensive (and at times random) bucket list, which I add to at an alarming rate. I will probably not get to everything, but I will enjoy trying!
I always welcome feedback, so please let me know what you think about the blog or ask any questions via the Contact page!
